We specialize in providing homeownership housing that is affordable to low and moderate income families to help revitalize the communities.

We work with families to qualify to purchase tax credit homes at a percentage of the appraised value. All applicants must complete credit and homeownership counseling.

Applicants must qualify for our current rental program or must be a current resident of our tax credit homes. Applicants must also conform to the standards set in the IHDA approved homeownership plan.

Our homes for sale will meet or exceed IHDA's tax credit property standards.

Individuals or families who are interested in purchasing a tax credit home must submit a pre-application.
